我目前所能看到的希望（请原谅我的局限性），就在于孔子学院之外有了孔子课堂（Confucius Classroom），面对对象是在校的中小学生，以非华裔为主。这一举措说明汉办比侨办要灵活，技术力量也更厚实一些。
